Job Description

Digital Retail Solutions Specialist enhancing dealership operations through sales of digital tools. Building relationships and managing the full sales cycle for front-office solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets
  • Proactively engage dealership customers through outbound outreach
  • Identify and drive opportunities to modernize dealership operations
  • Lead tailored product demonstrations
  • Develop and present ROI-driven business cases
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Deliver webinars and participate in industry events

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven success in software sales
  • Experience upselling and expanding accounts
  • Strong ability to communicate value clearly
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools
  • Experience working with or selling into dealership environments is a strong asset
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
