Job Description
Digital Retail Solutions Specialist enhancing dealership operations through sales of digital tools. Building relationships and managing the full sales cycle for front-office solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets
- Proactively engage dealership customers through outbound outreach
- Identify and drive opportunities to modernize dealership operations
- Lead tailored product demonstrations
- Develop and present ROI-driven business cases
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Deliver webinars and participate in industry events
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven success in software sales
- Experience upselling and expanding accounts
- Strong ability to communicate value clearly
- Proficiency in using CRM tools
- Experience working with or selling into dealership environments is a strong asset
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
