Job Description

Digital Sales Planner supporting pre-sale and execution workflows at StockTwits. Focused on media plans, decks, and collaboration with Account Managers and Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain media plans aligned to client goals, budgets, and inventory.
  • Create clear, polished decks and proposals that communicate strategy and value.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Sales to develop pre-sale materials and packages.
  • Organize campaign details, timelines, and deliverables to support execution.
  • Pull data and assist in building reporting and performance summaries.
  • Ensure accuracy across pricing, packaging, and campaign details.
  • Maintain internal trackers and documentation across active campaigns.
  • Continuously improve templates, workflows, and planning processes.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in media, marketing, sales support, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for output quality
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools (Google Sheets, Slides, Excel)
  • Ability to take direction and turn inputs into clean, structured deliverables
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Clear communication and a collaborative working style
  • Demonstrated curiosity and a strong desire to learn and improve quickly
  • Interest in using AI tools and automation to increase efficiency and output
  • Interest in financial markets is a plus.
