Job Description

Digital Technology Project Manager at Otis planning and leading projects. Achieving high performance and quality in delivering exceptional business value to users.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects
  • Manage all aspects of projects including scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, change, and risk
  • Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial objectives are met
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks & issues
  • Organize and facilitate release planning, daily stand-up meetings, and reviews
  • Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans

Requirements:

  • Experience in Agile & Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to from initiation to closure
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science, IT, MIS or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on project management experience, including initiating, tracking and planning projects
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Project & Portfolio Management and Agile tools
  • PMP Certification required
  • Agile certifications are highly desirable
