Job Description

Remote Engagement: Inside Sales Representative responsible for driving sales of direct recruitment services for pharmaceutical companies at Amplity. Engaging decision makers and closing sales across various market sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and engage potential pharmaceutical buyers/decision makers to drive sales of Amplity direct recruitment services.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups to develop leads and close sales.
  • Bring the sale to contract stage, partnering closely with our direct recruiting leadership before successfully handing off delivery.
  • Understand client needs and hierarchy of decision makers, including pharmaceutical HR, Talent Acquisition, Senior Sales, and Medical Affairs leadership to provide relevant solutions in partnership with our direct recruiting leadership.
  • Refer the potential client to another member of the team when broader opportunities are identified.
  • Maintain an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, hiring process, RPOs, recruiting metrics and key decision makers, including key features, benefits, and target audiences for RPO services.
  • Stay updated on competitive intelligence, hiring trends, companies expanding, new market entries, and our full suite of direct recruitment services to speak confidently about the value of Amplity’s solution.
  • Accurately log all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
  • Work closely with direct recruiting leadership and business development leadership to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns.
  • Provide client feedback to support continuous improvement of products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in inside or outside sales or related roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage customers via TEAMS virtual meetings, phone, and email.
  • High learning agility and clinical acumen.
  • Self-motivated with strong resilience.
  • Basic understanding of the commercial and medical affairs industry is needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong work ethic and successful working in a remote environment.
  • Collaborative, natural curiosity, and high ethical standards.
  • A highly dynamic and engaging personality that can turn opportunities into sales results.
  • Willingness to work across multiple time zones as needed.
