Job Description

Director of Benefits leading the design and delivery of benefits programs at Starbucks. Driving strategic initiatives and fostering partner experience while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • lead the design and delivery of Starbucks’ comprehensive benefits programs
  • optimize offerings while ensuring the best benefits in retail
  • drive strategic initiatives and manage key partnerships
  • foster a positive experience for all partners
  • support implementation and optimization of company programs and procedures
  • create long-term strategies and performance metrics for vendor partners
  • ensure compliance with legal regulations through policies and operations
  • lead a team of professionals, developing organizational capability and fostering collaboration

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of benefit plan administration and strategy experience
  • 5+ years of general management-level leadership
  • proven ability to manage vendors and service providers
