Job Description
Director of Benefits leading the design and delivery of benefits programs at Starbucks. Driving strategic initiatives and fostering partner experience while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
- lead the design and delivery of Starbucks’ comprehensive benefits programs
- optimize offerings while ensuring the best benefits in retail
- drive strategic initiatives and manage key partnerships
- foster a positive experience for all partners
- support implementation and optimization of company programs and procedures
- create long-term strategies and performance metrics for vendor partners
- ensure compliance with legal regulations through policies and operations
- lead a team of professionals, developing organizational capability and fostering collaboration
Requirements:
- 7+ years of benefit plan administration and strategy experience
- 5+ years of general management-level leadership
- proven ability to manage vendors and service providers
