Job Description
Associate Director managing and overseeing national or local accounts at Cushman & Wakefield. Responsible for leading account teams and ensuring sound financial practices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage national or local accounts and provide timely, accurate information
- Act as point of contact integrating service platform for clients
- Oversee financial information and reports required by management
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial benchmarks
- Coordinate construction projects and ensure compliance with agreements
Requirements:
- Experience in managing national or local accounts
- Leadership and business acumen skills
- Strong communication proficiency (oral & written)
