Job Description

Associate Director managing and overseeing national or local accounts at Cushman & Wakefield. Responsible for leading account teams and ensuring sound financial practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage national or local accounts and provide timely, accurate information
  • Act as point of contact integrating service platform for clients
  • Oversee financial information and reports required by management
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial benchmarks
  • Coordinate construction projects and ensure compliance with agreements
