Job Description
Delivery Director leading and managing successful client engagements for Blue Acorn iCi. Driving growth and ensuring quality delivery while maintaining strong client relations and team support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the successful delivery and growth of existing client engagements.
- Responsible for all facets of existing accounts to drive growth and ensure successful delivery of all client engagements.
- Accountable for delivery quality, performance to budget and successful attainment of Customer business objectives / goals.
- Own the revenue growth goals for existing accounts and manage client relationships as the primary point of contact.
- Ensure the right team is identified, onboarded and successful in all engagements.
- Work with other departments to ensure smooth and successful operations across the company as it pertains to delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8-10 years' experience managing enterprise engagements.
- 15+ years IT industry experience with a minimum 10+ years of experience in services delivery organization
- Experience at professional services company such as an agency or consulting firm
- Experience working in eCommerce / Digital Services
- Experience managing and growing a portfolio of business
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
