Job Description

Director of Clinical Sales leading clinical sales in USCAN markets for a growing medical technology company. Collaborating with teams and driving relationships to achieve clinical program growth and commercial success.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive clinical sales in USCAN install base markets
  • Provide sales management leadership to the clinical sales function
  • Recruit, retain and develop talent
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute key initiatives
  • Lead targeted referral network building strategies to drive program volume

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Scientific (BS, MS), technical (engineer) or clinical background (nurse, radiology technician) or MBA
  • 5+ years building relationships at multiple customer levels representing a highly technical product
  • 5+ years in a role implementing a novel product and growing procedure volume in new accounts/markets
  • 5+ years in clinical or capital sales role directly responsible for delivering procedure quota
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and gain trust quickly as a leader
  • Critical thinking with an eye toward understanding the big picture
  • Extremely organized with ability to self-prioritize
  • Willingness to extensive travels (at least 70%)
