Job Description
Director, Deal Maker orchestrating bid activities and negotiating complex, multi-tower deals at Kyndryl. Lead customer negotiations while collaborating with internal stakeholders to craft impactful proposals.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrates bid activities post lead qualification through deal kickoff for complex, multi-tower deals
- Lead customer negotiations, including at CxO level, for complex, multi-tower deal
- Drives opportunity ownership in complex, multi-tower deals
- Compiles, refines, and owns final proposal documents
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in leading customer negotiations
- Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing bid activities and deals
- Possesses high level of industry-specific solution expertise
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree preferred
- Sales experience in technical solutions
