Job Description

Director, Deal Maker orchestrating bid activities and negotiating complex, multi-tower deals at Kyndryl. Lead customer negotiations while collaborating with internal stakeholders to craft impactful proposals.

Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrates bid activities post lead qualification through deal kickoff for complex, multi-tower deals
  • Lead customer negotiations, including at CxO level, for complex, multi-tower deal
  • Drives opportunity ownership in complex, multi-tower deals
  • Compiles, refines, and owns final proposal documents

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in leading customer negotiations
  • Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing bid activities and deals
  • Possesses high level of industry-specific solution expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree preferred
  • Sales experience in technical solutions
