Job Description
Director shaping national talent attraction and employer branding for Pinnacle Live, an in-house audiovisual and event-production company. Building recruiting strategy, pipelines, systems, and teams across U.S. venues.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a national sourcing and recruitment strategy across hourly, salaried, and leadership roles
- Lead workforce planning with Finance and Operations, including hiring-demand forecasting and capacity planning for new venues and acquisitions
- Build talent pipelines in audiovisual, event technology, hospitality, and corporate technology markets
- Establish enterprise hiring-process standards for intake, interviewing, assessment, offers, and hiring-manager enablement
- Own the employer value proposition and employer brand across careers, social, job-content, and candidate-facing channels
- Develop recruitment marketing campaigns, content, and employee advocacy programs with Marketing and Communications
- Manage employer review-platform presence and use candidate feedback to improve hiring processes
- Represent Pinnacle Live at industry events, career fairs, trade schools, training programs, and apprenticeship partnerships
- Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team
- Own the recruiting technology stack, including ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, assessments, and programmatic advertising
- Manage the talent acquisition budget and agency/vendor relationships
- Develop recruiting analytics and report results and forecasts to the CHRO and executive leadership
- Ensure compliant, consistent, and defensible hiring practices across states, properties, and unionized locations
- Deliver first-year objectives including a national hiring model, improved time-to-fill and offer acceptance, employer-brand content, venue staffing pipelines, team development plans, and an executive talent dashboard
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field required
- Equivalent combination of education and directly related experience will be considered
- Master's degree preferred
- 10 or more years of progressive Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, or Human Resources leadership experience
- 5 or more years of people leadership experience managing Talent Acquisition teams and recruiting operations across multiple locations or business units
- Demonstrated experience building, rebuilding, or scaling a talent acquisition function
- Experience with workforce planning and hiring-demand forecasting tied to growth, seasonal demand, new locations, or acquisitions
- Working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws, including EEO, ADA, FLSA, OFCCP, Form I-9, and background-screening requirements
- Ability to travel approximately 25%, including overnight travel
- Experience in a high-growth private-equity-backed or post-acquisition environment, including M&A talent integration
- Agency, RPO, or staffing experience preferred
- Experience with enterprise applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, UKG, or SmartRecruiters preferred
- Experience building early-career and technical talent pipelines through trade schools, apprenticeships, military and veteran initiatives, or community partnerships preferred
- Ability to influence senior executives and field operations leaders with P&L accountability
- Ability to lead organizational change and drive process adoption across a decentralized workforce
- Strong analytical and data-interpretation skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
- Strong project-management skills
- Sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to sit at a desk, stand or walk for long periods, bend and stoop, communicate, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
