Job Description

Enterprise Client Director shaping strategic accounts for GE HealthCare’s medical technology and care-solutions business. Leading executive relationships, enterprise deals, cross-segment alignment, and account outcomes across Wisconsin or Iowa.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-year enterprise account strategies aligned to customer priorities
  • Connect GE HealthCare capabilities across Imaging, AVS, PCS, and Service into Care Alliance partnership roadmaps
  • Translate strategy into quarterly priorities and executable opportunity plans
  • Build and sustain C-suite and senior executive relationships
  • Advise customers and shape decision-making as a trusted strategic partner
  • Serve as the single point of contact and decision maker for Enterprise Accounts
  • Coordinate engagement across GE HealthCare resources, USCAN, Global Segment teams, Sales GMs, and frontline sellers
  • Identify and shape enterprise opportunities and engage Enterprise Solutions on large-scale strategic deals
  • Lead cross-segment alignment to improve win rate, deal velocity, and customer confidence
  • Own funnel health and conversion, Enterprise Solutions funnel, Share of Wallet, Visibility rate, and Win rate
  • Maintain price discipline and accountability for value protection
  • Hold internal stakeholders accountable for cash collection, issue resolution, and delivery commitments
  • Drive closure through influence and escalation pathways when required
  • Travel within the assigned territory as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in medical sales, healthcare marketing, clinical/technical modality expertise, clinical technology leadership, or hospital administration in imaging; or 8+ years of experience in medical sales
  • Experience presenting complex information to healthcare or hospital C-suite decision makers
  • Ability to lead direct teams and through influence
  • Ability to orchestrate multiple complex stakeholder groups and shape outcomes
  • Reside within the assigned geography of Wisconsin or Iowa
  • Travel within the territory as required
  • Demonstrated ability to drive account-level strategy and organizational alignment across segments and service teams (preferred)
  • Track record shaping complex, cross-segment opportunities and building enterprise-level deals (preferred)
  • Comfort operating beyond traditional product categories, including digital, SaaS, and precision care strategies where applicable (preferred)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
