Job Description
Director of CRM leading end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies for healthcare brand engagement. Focusing on retention and deep engagement across various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle roadmap for member retention
- Execute automated member journeys tailored to different segments
- Implement AI tools for engagement and business value maximization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging
- Lead A/B testing for content and engagement metrics
- Establish and track KPIs, presenting insights to leadership
- Oversee the CRM marketing ecosystem and team mentoring
Requirements:
- 8+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Deep expertise in messaging automation platforms (Iterable, Twilio SendGrid preferred)
- Familiarity with HTML/templating (Liquid/Handlebars)
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills
- Passion for helping people with chronic conditions
