Job Description

Director of CRM leading end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies for healthcare brand engagement. Focusing on retention and deep engagement across various communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle roadmap for member retention
  • Execute automated member journeys tailored to different segments
  • Implement AI tools for engagement and business value maximization
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging
  • Lead A/B testing for content and engagement metrics
  • Establish and track KPIs, presenting insights to leadership
  • Oversee the CRM marketing ecosystem and team mentoring

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Deep expertise in messaging automation platforms (Iterable, Twilio SendGrid preferred)
  • Familiarity with HTML/templating (Liquid/Handlebars)
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills
  • Passion for helping people with chronic conditions
