Job Description
Director of Engagement and Education leading client-focused Engagement Managers and Consultants. Driving adoption of impactful employee communication and health engagement strategies at OneDigital.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of client-focused Engagement Managers and Engagement Consultants
- Drive adoption of OneDigital’s approach for impactful employee communication, population health, and engagement strategies
- Ensure accountability and facilitate ongoing training efforts
- Maintain knowledge of tools, solutions, capabilities, and process improvements
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of prior leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of employee benefits, insurance, brokerage, or relevant field
- Life and Health Producers license a plus
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
