Job Description
Sr. Director managing omnichannel experience solutions for EVERSANA's digital growth strategy. Leading teams to achieve business results and executive engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the development/deployment of key strategic digital product/solutions
- Ensure target business benefits as part of EVERSANA’s digital growth strategy
- Engage with senior executives and report on initiative state and performance
- Deliver excellent business results through team efforts
- Lead development and execution of the EVERSANA ESS Sales & Marketing plan
- Assist new business pitch preparation and presentations
- Manage Affinity Marketplace SOW Addendums workstream
- Lead Omnichannel Advisory Council management and customer engagements
- Partner with various teams to define project approaches and plans for omnichannel initiatives
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance
Requirements:
- 18+ years of product leadership/management experience on digital products and/or technology-driven solutions
- 10+ years of experience with traditional project/program management (managing project managers)
- Well-versed in Agile framework
- 10+ years of experience with managing large-scale, cross-functional and global project teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in common software applications like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
