Job Description

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in engineering management
- Proven track record of building internal infrastructure platforms
- Strong experience leading teams responsible for cloud, database, and event infrastructure
- Experience with AI coding agents and orchestration tools
- Ability to rethink software development in an AI-first world
- Skilled in mentoring and developing engineers and leaders
- Excellent communication skills
