Responsibilities:
- Own the growth marketing and demand generation strategy across digital channels, media, campaigns, and lifecycle marketing to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth
- Overhaul and scale existing demand programs, introducing modern frameworks, experimentation, and performance-driven marketing practices
- Manage and optimize a ~$1.5M annual paid media budget, working closely with external media agency partners to maximize performance across channels
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns across paid media, digital channels, and marketing automation platforms
- Partner with product marketing and brand marketing to translate positioning and messaging into high-performing demand campaigns
- Define and track pipeline targets and campaign performance goals, using data to continuously optimize channel mix and ROI
- Lead campaign experimentation across digital channels, media buying, and emerging AI-driven marketing workflows
- Work cross-functionally with sales and revenue teams to ensure strong marketing-to-sales alignment and pipeline quality
- Manage marketing technology and reporting workflows, including CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot experience preferred)
Requirements:
- 6–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation or performance marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS company
- A strategic demand leader, not just a campaign executor—you’ve built or scaled demand generation functions before
- Deep expertise across digital channels, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and campaign optimization
- Strong experience managing marketing budgets and performance targets, including working with media agency partners
- Highly data-driven with the ability to analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize marketing investment
- Comfortable operating in modern marketing environments that use automation, AI, and experimentation
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Collaborative and cross-functional, able to work closely with sales, product marketing, and leadership
Benefits:
- 20 PTO days + 10 company holidays
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k) with 4% employer match
- Modern tech + opportunity to work with AI-driven tools
- Fast-moving, mission-driven culture
- High-impact work that improves access to higher education
