Job Description
Director of Marketing responsible for Muvr’s end-to-end marketing strategy. Driving high-quality acquisition, improving conversion, and strengthening brand in existing and new markets.
Responsibilities:
- Own marketing strategy aligned to company growth and revenue goals.
- Define target customer segments, positioning, and go-to-market plans by service and market.
- Own acquisition channels including paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships, and local marketing.
- Lead experimentation across channels, messaging, and offers.
- Own Muvr’s brand voice, value proposition, and messaging across touchpoints.
- Partner with Product and Revenue to optimize the full funnel from awareness to booking to repeat usage.
- Manage marketing budget, forecasting ROI and scaling what works.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing and growth team.
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years of experience in marketing or growth leadership roles at high-growth tech companies.
- Proven track record driving demand generation and measurable growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience owning CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics.
- Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, positioning, and execution skills.
- Experience in marketplaces, logistics, mobility, or local services.
