Job Description
Director of Marketing at Bay Smokes driving marketing strategies and team management. Leading brand initiatives and marketing performance across ecommerce and retail channels.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team across creative, brand, growth, and ecommerce functions.
- Develop and implement data-driven, multichannel strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
- Craft compelling, differentiated brand narratives that speak to various audiences.
- Own the marketing budget and drive high-ROI decision-making.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in senior marketing roles, with deep ecommerce, paid media, and brand strategy experience.
- Proven track record managing $500k+ monthly ad budgets and high-performing marketing teams.
- Expertise in Meta, Twitter, YouTube Ads (CTV/OOH a strong plus).
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable using data to guide creative and strategic decisions.
- Experience working in regulated/restricted industries is highly preferred.
