Job Description
Director of Operations overseeing operational success of multiple dental practices. Provides mentorship and strategic oversight while coordinating team development and performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight and mentorship of Operations
- Ensure operational and financial success of multiple dental practices
- Review operating performance results and implement corrective action as needed
- Train, coach and mentor team members to optimal service excellence
- Assess practice needs and strategically plan to make improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of upper-level management experience; healthcare field preferred
- Dental office management experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with great organizational skills
- Specialty knowledge, especially in Pediatric Dentistry, preferred
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time
