Job Description
Real Estate Transaction Coordinator managing paperwork and client communications for real estate transactions in Ontario. Support and coordination for listings, appointments, and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Transaction coordination - managing all paperwork between listing and closing
- Listing preparation and uploading to MLS (Realm system)
- Client communication and follow-up via WhatsApp and email
- DocuLoop document management
- Booking showings and appointments
- Marketing support - Facebook posts and property flyers
- Agent communication coordination
- Receipt uploading and administrative tasks
- RECO form management (Ontario Real Estate Council forms)
Requirements:
- Canadian/Ontario real estate experience (required)
- Familiarity with RECO forms, TREB systems, and Realm (MLS system for Ontario)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficient in client communication via WhatsApp and email
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
