Job Description
Director of Product overseeing B2B product strategy and growth at Propelus. Leading a team to drive revenue and navigate healthcare compliance challenges through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and growth of the B2B product portfolio
- Manage a team of Product Managers and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for GTM strategies
- Ensure compliance while maintaining a fast pace of innovation
- Establish clear KPIs and communicate business cases to executives
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of product management and/or leadership experience in Healthcare SaaS
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team of Product Managers
- Strong background in defining product visions and roadmaps
- Deep understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with Jira, Productboard, and Confluence
