Job Description
Director of Product leading end-to-end development for Ethermed's SaaS authorization platform. Collaborating across teams to deliver intuitive and compliant healthcare workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product development for Ethermed’s SaaS authorization submission platform, from discovery through execution.
- Define product requirements, workflows, UX concepts, and delivery plans in partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Clinical, and Payer Connectivity teams to ensure solutions are accurate, compliant, and scalable.
- Translate complex healthcare and payer requirements into intuitive user workflows.
- Own prioritization, roadmap planning, and delivery of key authorization submission initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Design, or Digital Product roles with shipped B2B SaaS products.
- Direct experience with healthcare workflows (required).
- Strong UX instincts with the ability to evaluate and guide intuitive product experiences.
- Comfort working with data to inform prioritization and decision making.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
