Job Description

Director of Sales promoting and selling enterprise solutions across North Africa. Building relationships with executives and driving revenue through strategic partnerships and customer alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell new offerings around the LD platform, data fabric, and AI apps
  • Build a robust and qualified pipeline of opportunities to support predictable and consistent revenue.
  • Work with the partnership team to develop strategic SI and industry partners to strengthen overall offering and sales/delivery channels
  • Establish trusted relationships with senior and mid-level executives at business and technical levels in customer organizations.
  • Identify gaps and align with the customer team on adoption strategy based on the requirement priorities
  • Apply a design thinking approach to conduct early customer conversation
  • Work with the solutions team to convert requirements into valid Use cases with clear definitions of value addition to different stakeholders
  • Gather and maintain business intelligence, which includes critical customer pain points, technology innovations, and competitors’ offerings
  • Track, forecast, and report all sales activities in the company systems of record

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant sales and business development experience in the enterprise solutions domain required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience in global matrix organizations and know how to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, cultures, and time zones
  • Successful track record in sales/business development, client management, and project management in a technology environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and business goals for digital solutions in the public sector, banking, or telecommunications domains
  • Significant exposure to the software industry and a strong affinity for digital solutions and the use of digital technologies to transform business models and provide new value-producing opportunities
  • Excellent influencing and networking skills, paired with stakeholder management experience in a multilayered global environment
  • Solid presentation and communication skills and fluency in English, French and Arabic, both written and spoken
  • Have a solid acumen to fit product portfolio to customer problems
  • Keen interest in emerging technologies to support and improve consumer experience
  • Ability to build positive relationships across diverse groups, translating technical concepts for business audiences and business concepts for technical audiences.
