Job Description
Director of Strategic Alliances at Berry Law managing national sales pipeline and partnership development. Driving growth through strategic relationship building with Veteran communities.
Responsibilities:
- Build, grow, and manage a robust national pipeline of partnership opportunities across organizations, associations, corporations, digital communities, service providers, and strategic networks
- Develop and execute a national territory plan that identifies high-value growth channels
- Leverage and expand an existing network of relationships to accelerate partnership activation
- Open new partnership channels that expand Berry Law’s reach to Veteran communities nationwide
- Operate independently to identify opportunities, initiate conversations, pitch the value proposition, and advance partnerships through the entire lifecycle
- Serve as a trusted representative of Berry Law at national events, conferences, and partner meetings
- Build strong rapport with Veteran service organizations, military communities, professional groups, influencers, and aligned industries
- Maintain and expand long-term partnerships that drive durable, repeatable growth
- Create structured outreach sequences, nurture cadences, and personalized follow-up systems
- Utilize CRM best practices to track opportunities, forecast growth, and maintain a qualified pipeline
- Run your own funnel end-to-end: targeting → engagement → relationship-building → activation
- Track and report progress using a scorecard-driven framework
- Meet and exceed annual growth objectives
- Deliver measurable impact on brand exposure, partnership acquisition, and national market expansion
Requirements:
- 10+ years in national-level sales, business development, or enterprise partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships within a regulated professional industry while operating consistently within strict ethical and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to build, own, and activate a personal book of business or partnership network
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue or growth targets
- Experience operating independently with minimal supervision
- Strong ability to sell, persuade, influence, and deliver compelling value propositions
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for national events
