Job Description

Director of Product Management leading member growth strategies at fintech startup Dave. Ownership of multi-product adoption and funnel optimization within a remote team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product strategy for Dave’s member growth lifecycle, including activation, engagement, and multi-product adoption
  • Guide and grow a team of product managers responsible for funnel optimization, personalization, and subscription or incentive mechanics
  • Develop experimentation frameworks that help the team test ideas quickly while generating reliable learning
  • Use cohort analysis and behavioral data to identify opportunities that improve activation, retention, and long-term member value
  • Partner closely with marketing to strengthen the product and martech foundation supporting user acquisition and lifecycle engagement
  • Shape cross-product experiences that help members discover the next most valuable step in their relationship with Dave

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in product management within consumer products; fintech experience strongly preferred
  • 4+ years leading product managers or cross-functional product teams
  • Proven track record driving measurable growth outcomes such as activation, retention, cross-sell, or lifetime value
  • Experience leading product-led growth initiatives, including experimentation, funnel optimization, or personalization
  • Experience scaling growth in a multi-product consumer platform
  • Strong analytical fluency; comfort working directly with data and experimentation frameworks (SQL experience preferred)
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data organizations to deliver product outcomes
