Job Description
CVS Health Salesforce Product Owner building Aetna’s Health Cloud care management platform. Leading backlog, requirements, and Agile delivery for consolidated clinical care management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the team backlog, translating Product Manager priorities into user stories, acceptance criteria, and scalable, testable requirements
- Communicate and negotiate with management levels, translating business needs into system requirements
- Integrate healthcare concepts to enhance member experiences
- Document decisions, workflows, control points, and business processes
- Coordinate program teams to track business readiness, identify risks and issues, and assess implementation readiness
- Develop executive reports on business readiness progress
- Support Agile methodology implementation at team and program levels
- Identify process gaps and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with teams to address workflow processes and interdependencies
- Influence change to improve performance, organizational effectiveness, and system quality/services
- Secure agreement from impacted parties across teams
- Translate business needs into project outcomes using creative and analytical skills
- Lead a Salesforce Scrum Team
- Configure and build a new Salesforce Health Cloud organization consolidating legacy Care Management solutions into The One CM Platform
Requirements:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is essential; candidates without certification may obtain Salesforce Associate certification within 90 days and Salesforce Administrator certification within one year of employment
- 5+ years of Salesforce technology experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in agile environments
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile / SAFe environments and leading cross-functional teams
- Advanced skill level with Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, and Rally
- Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment
- Service or Sales Cloud Consultant Certification preferred
- Previous Health Cloud implementation experience is a huge plus
- Experience with Omni-Channel technologies is a plus
- Healthcare or insurance-related experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
