Job Description

Director, Site Sales managing and scaling sales efforts for clinical research sites. Collaborating with commercial teams to enhance sales organization performance and accountability for revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading and scaling CRIO's sales efforts to clinical research sites
  • Encompasses strategic oversight of the site sales organization, team development, and accountability for achieving ambitious site revenue targets
  • Directly manage a team of Account Executives and Site Business Development Representatives
  • Collaborate closely with the broader commercial team and Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize the site acquisition funnel

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales
  • Recent, hands-on experience selling into clinical research sites
  • 5+ years of experience selling eClinical technology solutions
  • Proven experience managing sales teams and/or inside sales teams
  • Strong sales operations knowledge and experience, particularly in developing and executing outbound sales strategies
  • Extensive network of connections within the clinical research site community
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding challenging sales goals
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Excellent coaching and talent development capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales enablement tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field
