Job Description
Director/Sr. Director leading digital transformations within the Salesforce ecosystem. Responsible for architecture strategies and client solutions in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead digital transformations within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Drive architecture strategy from pre-sale vision through post-sale execution
- Help organizations untangle complex data models to build customer profiles
- Empower clients to close the loop on performance and implement advanced analytics
- Champion Agile delivery methodologies
- Act as the lead Salesforce SME in prospect conversations
- Create and present strategic solution roadmaps
- Embed AI/ML capabilities into client architectures to enhance personalization
- Partner with internal innovation initiatives to prototype new solutions
Requirements:
- 10+ years in marketing technology, solution architecture, or data engineering roles
- Extensive experience leading VP & C-Suite level technical discussions
- Must be comfortable leading discovery workshops, requirements working sessions, and technical pre-sales demos
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes
- Experience mentoring cross-functional teams and leading teams through Agile and/or waterfall development lifecycles
- Proven experience designing and implementing solutions using Salesforce tools
- Deep understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, and customer 360 architecture
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities within marketing and data platforms
- Strong background in API design, data contracts, microservices, and cloud infrastructure
