Job Description

Sales Subject Matter Expert positioning sales-related AI technology with a focus on B2B sales processes and collaboration with AI teams. Adapting and improving AI models for effective sales engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to evaluate AI models in sales
  • Identify gaps and improve conversation quality in AI sales systems
  • Validate AI outputs with real-world sales scenarios
  • Define key metrics and success criteria for model performance
  • Support data labeling and provide context on sales stages
  • Assist in designing prompts for AI adaptation to buyer personas
  • Stay updated with evolving sales methodologies and CRM technologies

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of core sales experience (B2B Account Executive, Inside Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Leadership)
  • Advanced language skills in Chinese
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the full sales funnel, pipeline management, CRM logic, and various sales techniques/methodologies
  • Analytical mindset to analyze conversation transcripts
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
