Job Description
Division Leader overseeing day-to-day operations for a network of veterinary hospitals. Responsible for P&L and driving profitability and growth initiatives in the Northeast and Eastern Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of veterinary hospitals with full responsibility for a $75M+ P&L
- Work directly with the hospitals to improve processes & profitability
- Build and maintain exceptional relationships with Hospital Administrators, Medical Directors, and their teams
- Frequently travel in the field to support business decisions, leadership development, and operational efficiency
- Balance preserving unique hospital culture, while ensuring positive growth and innovation
Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressive operational management experience
- Bachelor Degree required; MBA preferred
- Passion for and understanding of the human-animal bond
- Veterinary / animal health or human health management experience is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
