Job Description
Division Sales Manager leading Solid Tumor Sales Team at BeOne. Developing strategies and executing plans to achieve sales goals, while managing a team of account managers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic & tactical plans to exceed sales goals
- Execute sales strategies for the division
- Recruit and hire Solid Tumor Account Managers
- Resource planning and allocation
- Performance management of sales team
- Lead a team of eight Solid Tumor Account Managers
Requirements:
- B.A. / B.S.
- 10+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales & sales management
- Solid Tumor experience
- Experience in specialty sales
- Understanding of reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes
- Previous national/corporate accounts experience
- Managed markets experience
- Hospital markets experience
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Results oriented with a strategic focus on sales
