Job Description

Driver Growth Associate improving driver acquisition and onboarding processes for a tech logistics startup. Collaborating with operations and growth teams to ensure effective driver engagement and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Help run and improve driver acquisition across channels like job boards, social media, referrals, and local partnerships
  • Turn driver demand into clear weekly and monthly goals, and help build plans to consistently meet them
  • Test and improve messaging, incentives, and outreach to increase driver interest and follow-through
  • Track how drivers move through the onboarding process and identify where people get stuck or drop off
  • Work with Operations to remove unnecessary steps, clarify expectations, and speed up onboarding
  • Provide clear guidance and structure to the team handling driver outreach and follow-ups
  • Help build repeatable processes so driver growth is less reactive and more predictable
  • Monitor early driver success and retention and use those insights to improve future hiring efforts

Requirements:

  • 1–4+ years of experience in growth, operations, recruiting operations, marketing, or a similar role
  • Comfort working with basic metrics and tracking progress across a process or funnel
  • A practical, hands-on mindset — you like improving how things work
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams and keep projects moving forward
  • Clear communication skills and attention to detail
