Job Description
E-commerce Assistant managing order tracking and customer support for platforms like Shopee and Amazon. Responsible for inventory monitoring and order follow-up in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Order tracking and responses on platforms and portals (Shopee, Mercado Livre, Magalu, Amazon, company website and internal system)
- Customer service via chat, messaging and email, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
- Stock monitoring (including “Full” fulfillment services) and communication with the internal team to prevent stockouts
- Notify customers about delays, follow processes through to delivery and provide post-sale support
- Organize and update internal controls related to orders, deadlines, deliveries and invoicing
- Assist with adding and updating products on marketplaces and the company website, ensuring correct photos, descriptions and prices
- Monitor sales performance and basic KPIs (e.g., complaints, returns, response SLA)
- Support promotional campaigns and price adjustments as directed by management
- Monitor issuance of invoices and coordinate with carriers when necessary
- Verify billed and delivered orders, flagging any inconsistencies
- Assist in managing relationships with partners and marketplaces, resolving outstanding issues and open tickets
Requirements:
- Previous experience with e-commerce and marketplaces (Shopee, Mercado Livre, Magalu, Amazon)
- Knowledge of internal management/ERP systems and online sales platforms
- High school diploma (completed)
