Job Description

Senior Content Associate managing eCommerce content strategies across Amazon and marketplaces for tier 1 clients. Driving innovation and delivering measurable results in remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Content Manager and autonomously oversee the development and execution of content and creative strategies across multiple clients, including tier 1 clients and ad hoc audits
  • Serve as a true client partner and subject‑matter authority, making clear recommendations and confidently articulating Amazon and Podean best practices internally and externally
  • Collaborate with designers to deliver award-winning creative strategies for clients and internal projects
  • Work closely with the Media team and Account Managers to ensure all content aligns with clients’ broader advertising and business objectives
  • Partner with Account Managers to create content and SEO strategies that support the client’s broader goals
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Amazon creative, content data, and analytics, with the ability to analyse performance results and testing insights to continuously optimise content and creative outputs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with a successful track record of leading projects in content marketing, e-commerce content strategy, or digital advertising, with exposure to Amazon or other marketplace content preferred
  • Expertise in e-commerce content creation and optimization, including titles, bullet points, A+ content, storefronts, and image stacks (Amazon or other marketplace experience is a plus)
  • A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for driving innovation and delivering measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret content performance data and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation
  • Collaboration experience across cross-functional teams, including media, account management, and design.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategy, present recommendations, and manage client expectations.
