Job Description

Early Talent Recruiting Coordinator supporting GE HealthCare’s USCAN healthcare technology hiring. Coordinating campus recruiting, requisitions, candidate data, interviews, and offers for internships and entry-level roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for USCAN early talent recruiting programs
  • Coordinate campus recruiting activities and events, including logistics, materials, calendars, and follow-up
  • Support university and campus relationships with campus recruiting leads
  • Create, maintain, and track early talent requisitions in Workday and other recruiting systems
  • Ensure accurate candidate data entry, documentation, and reporting
  • Assist with offer creation and approval processes for early talent candidates
  • Support pre-hire and onboarding coordination as needed
  • Coordinate interview logistics and scheduling as a supporting responsibility
  • Partner with recruiters, business leaders, program managers, and early talent leadership to keep hiring activities on track

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience OR High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant recruiting coordination or HR operations experience
  • Experience working in an ATS or HR system; Workday preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Collaborative, service-oriented approach
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen as applicable
  • Ability to support USCAN early talent hiring across internships, co-ops, and entry-level roles
