Job Description
Education Department Assistant supporting operational needs of AAPC. Assisting with student financing and communication with course instructors and coaches for distance learning.
Responsibilities:
- assist the Education Department Manager
- contribute to the smooth & efficient running of administrative tasks in the department
- manage financing requests with external company, CLIMB
- communicate with CLIMB on student’s financing and course start dates
- manage daily reports and check AAPC distance learning course registrations
- answer emails and assist with general course issues
Requirements:
- assist the Education Operations Manager
- support education departmental and customer needs and services
- effective communication with Distance Learning Coaches regarding student issues or special needs
- troubleshoot computer issues for students
- promote and communicate clearly with students and potential students/clients regarding offerings and services
- provide support to sales teams for distance learning students and Education Licensees
