Job Description

Solventum healthcare marketing assistant coordinating EMEA events, trade shows, meetings, and executive administration. Supporting marketers and business leaders across regional marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing events and external trade shows, including registration, booth coordination, vendor and venue logistics, timelines, materials, attendee support, and post-event follow-up
  • Coordinate internal team meetings, business meetings, and regional EMEA events, including meeting rooms, hotel blocks, catering, agendas, travel, and on-site or virtual logistics
  • Support approximately seven marketers and business partners with administrative tasks related to marketing activities, campaign execution, event preparation, purchase orders, vendor coordination, scheduling, and follow-up
  • Collaborate with EMEA colleagues, business leaders, marketing teams, event suppliers, venues, and external partners
  • Deliver well-organized internal and external meetings, marketing programs, and trade show experiences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or a related field and 2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, trade show support, or executive administrative support
  • Alternatively, High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience in trade shows, events, field marketing operations, or executive administrative support with ownership of logistics
  • Proven organizational skills managing multiple projects, schedules, and competing priorities
  • Experience working with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers
  • Experience supporting a regional or international marketing organization
  • Experience with event registration platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience managing travel arrangements, meetings, executive calendars, agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up actions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship
