Job Description

Enterprise Sales Executive focused on selling SaaS solutions into Canadian healthcare systems. Building relationships, executing strategic plans, and managing the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise healthcare accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate and expand within healthcare systems.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite, IT, and clinical operations leaders.
  • Deliver compelling solution presentations and ROI-driven proposals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer support teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Stay informed on healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST) and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare SaaS, preferably in Cloud Fax, Document Management, or Workflow Automation.
  • Proven success selling into hospitals, health systems, and payer organizations.
  • Strong understanding of EMRs (Epic, Cerner), interoperability challenges, and healthcare IT.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
  • Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and API-based integrations (Bonus Points).
  • Experience navigating complex procurement cycles in healthcare (Bonus Points).
  • Background in consultative or solution-based selling (Bonus Points).
