Job Description
Solutions Engineer scaling ElevenLabs’ voice AI integrations for enterprise customers. Architecting solutions, enabling sales teams, and productizing common integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Unlock the full potential of ElevenLabs' voice AI platform for enterprise customers
- Scale technical solutions efficiently across many enterprise customers
- Improve internal processes and support sales teams
- Collaborate with Account Executives on the technical aspects of the sales process
- Work with technical contacts at customers and prospects to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
- Create technical demonstrations communicating the product value proposition
- Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team
- Build self-service tools and documentation for independent customer implementation
- Identify common integration patterns or features to productize
- Partner with product teams to implement productized integrations and features
- Travel regularly to customer onsites
Requirements:
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products
- Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored support
- Talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled
- Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams
- Strong technical background for architecting integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and existing customer solutions
- Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects
- Proficiency in Python
- Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances
- Candidate should preferably be based in São Paulo, Brazil
- Must be based in Brazil
