Job Description
Senior Solutions Engineer helping Karat, the world's largest interviewing company, deploy technical hiring solutions for enterprise clients. Advising stakeholders, analyzing performance data, and optimizing interview frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the principal technical advisor to enterprise clients
- Establish authoritative client relationships and build high-level trust
- Partner with Software Engineers globally to analyze hiring processes and performance requirements
- Ensure solution alignment and Karat product delivery as the lead technical expert
- Present Karat's technical solution to prospects
- Architect and implement initial Karat interview frameworks for enterprise clients
- Conduct regular strategic customer reviews
- Design and deliver executive-level training for client stakeholders
- Analyze complex performance data and calibrate assessment metrics with Content and Data teams
- Translate findings into actionable strategic recommendations
- Improve Customer Operations and GTM internal processes
- Support clients throughout implementation and ongoing optimization
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional work experience in strategic technical account management, client success engineering, solutions/deployment engineering, SaaS/technical/financial services consulting focused on technical implementation, or Software Engineering
- Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor during client onboarding
- Ability to build trusted rapport, make thoughtful recommendations, and guide clients through complex implementation processes
- Experience directly engaging with C-Suite executives in a client-facing capacity
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Client-facing experience with technical customers required
- Must reside in FL, IL, MA, MO, OR, TX, or WA
