Job Description
Solutions Engineer scaling ElevenLabs voice AI integrations for Greek enterprise customers. Architecting solutions, technical demos, enablement resources, and self-service tools.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
- Work directly with technical contacts at customers and prospective customers
- Provide bespoke technical support and architect solutions
- Craft technical demonstrations communicating the product value proposition
- Create technical enablement resources for the sales team
- Build self-service tools and documentation enabling customers to implement solutions independently
- Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features
- Work with product teams to implement productized integration patterns and features
Requirements:
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products
- Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored support
- Talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled
- Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams
- Strong technical background for architecting integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and existing customer solutions
- Experience working with customers; student clubs or side projects are acceptable
- Proficiency in Python
- Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
- Must reside in Greece
- Regular travel for customer onsite engagements
