Job Description
Epic Radiant Team Lead guiding analysts, stakeholders, and Radiant implementations. Prominence delivers healthcare IT staffing, advisory, and analytics solutions for healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for an Epic Radiant team
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex Radiant issues
- Prioritize and coordinate team workload, projects, enhancements, and ongoing support
- Partner with clinical, operational, technical, and IT leaders to translate needs into effective Epic solutions
- Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts while maintaining accountability and momentum
- Support planning, design, build, testing, implementation, optimization, and maintenance activities within Epic Radiant
- Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers and drive issues toward resolution
- Ensure work is delivered with high quality and aligns with organizational standards and priorities
- Communicate progress, priorities, and challenges to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Current Epic Radiant certification
- Strong hands-on experience supporting, implementing, and/or optimizing Epic Radiant
- Previous experience serving as a team lead, application lead, or senior-level Radiant analyst with responsibility for guiding the work of others
- Strong understanding of radiology workflows and the operational processes supported by Epic Radiant
- Ability to quickly assess an existing environment, build relationships, and provide leadership with minimal ramp-up
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a complex healthcare environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently drive work forward
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative, flexible approach and willingness to remain hands-on when needed
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
