Job Description

Epic Radiant Team Lead guiding analysts, stakeholders, and Radiant implementations. Prominence delivers healthcare IT staffing, advisory, and analytics solutions for healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for an Epic Radiant team
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex Radiant issues
  • Prioritize and coordinate team workload, projects, enhancements, and ongoing support
  • Partner with clinical, operational, technical, and IT leaders to translate needs into effective Epic solutions
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts while maintaining accountability and momentum
  • Support planning, design, build, testing, implementation, optimization, and maintenance activities within Epic Radiant
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers and drive issues toward resolution
  • Ensure work is delivered with high quality and aligns with organizational standards and priorities
  • Communicate progress, priorities, and challenges to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Current Epic Radiant certification
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting, implementing, and/or optimizing Epic Radiant
  • Previous experience serving as a team lead, application lead, or senior-level Radiant analyst with responsibility for guiding the work of others
  • Strong understanding of radiology workflows and the operational processes supported by Epic Radiant
  • Ability to quickly assess an existing environment, build relationships, and provide leadership with minimal ramp-up
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a complex healthcare environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently drive work forward
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative, flexible approach and willingness to remain hands-on when needed
  • Consulting experience is a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
