Job Description
Estimator managing quantity takeoffs and cost estimations for various construction projects. Collaborating with estimators and project managers in a detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications
- Assist in compiling and analyzing cost estimates for projects
- Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure comprehensive bid proposals
- Utilize on-screen takeoff software
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience with quantity takeoff and estimating
- Strong understanding of construction processes; MEP background is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in any on-screen takeoff software (Bluebeam, Planswift, OST, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
