Job Description
ETL/CP4D Developer at DATAGROUP Polska designing and maintaining data integration solutions. Collaborating with architects and analysts to enhance data quality across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ETL processes using IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D).
- Collaborate with data architects and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation procedures.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Document technical designs, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data integration solutions.
- Migration/redevelopment of the application to Google Cloud.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ETL development, specifically with IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
