Job Description
Event Marketing Intern for Postscript supporting customer events like CAB Retreat. Organizing logistics, enhancing event execution, and gaining hands-on experience in a remote work environment
Responsibilities:
- Key logistics role for Customer Advisory Board (CAB) Retreat
- Research, book, and organize travel for attendees
- Build and maintain travel trackers
- Manage rooming lists and logistics coordination
- Support on-site setup and execution
- Coordinate logistics for sponsored events
- Track deadlines and vendor requirements
- Manage creative tickets and timelines
- Research and order event swag
- Maintain swag inventory
Requirements:

- Clear and proactive communication
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Resourcefulness
- Team player
- Bonus: Experience with events, Notion, Asana, Google Workspace, swag vendors, or travel booking
