Job Description
Events Contractor- Speaker Manager at Nth Degree managing speaker relations for national conferences. Engaging with content teams and ensuring seamless speaker experience during events.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned speakers throughout the planning process and onsite experience
- Support speakers with session preparation, scheduling, deadlines, presentation collection, and logistics coordination
- Coordinate and track speaker deliverables including bios, headshots, presentations, agreements, and related materials
- Partner with internal teams including content, registration, housing, AV/production, and client leads to ensure a seamless speaker experience
- Maintain accurate speaker tracking documents and provide regular status updates on deliverables and outstanding items
- Develop and manage speaker communications, reminders, and deadline-driven outreach
- Assist with onsite speaker management including speaker ready rooms, session support, schedule changes, and escalations as needed
- Help create a polished, high-touch speaker experience from initial outreach through event execution
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working with conference speakers, content teams, or event operations
- Open to a 6–8-month contract
