Job Description

EMEA Events Specialist supporting the planning and execution of events across Europe and the Middle East. Managing event logistics and ensuring alignment with sales teams and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of events across Europe and the Middle East.
  • Manage logistics: venue research, RFPs, vendor sourcing, catering, AV, booth shipping, collateral coordination.
  • Coordinate event registration pages, badges, attendee lists, and on-site materials.
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure event readiness, invitation lists, follow-up workflows, and pipeline tracking.
  • Track event spend, obtain POs, and process invoices.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years' experience in event coordination and operations
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Comfortable working across EMEA
  • Team spirit and collaborative with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • French or Arabic language skills a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel for events across EMEA.
