Job Description
Executive Assistant supporting CEO in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment. Managing complex schedules and providing high-level administrative support across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments.
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for domestic and occasional international trips.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, brief notes, and follow-ups.
- Track and prioritize key tasks, emails, and requests for the CEO.
- Support special projects, presentations, and company events as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality with professionalism at all times.
- Partner with the operations and leadership teams to ensure alignment and clear communication across the organization.
- Anticipate upcoming needs, prioritize tasks, and drive efficiency in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives (C-suite or Managing Partner level)
- Background in cybersecurity, tech, or law firm environments preferred
- Exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and project tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
- Ability to stay two steps ahead — anticipating needs and managing priorities with confidence
