Job Description

Sales Executive managing enquiries and finalizing orders for Otis, a leading elevator and escalator company. Developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets in allocated territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating enquiries and finalization of orders
  • Meeting customers, architects, and consultants to assess their requirements
  • Developing and increasing customer base
  • Understanding product strategy & market trend for allotted territory
  • Market survey, knowing competitors
  • Preparing and submitting model elevator proposal & attending negotiation meeting
  • Achieving monthly and annual Sales targets

Requirements:

  • Generating enquiries and finalization of orders
  • Contract Management
  • Supporting sales function
  • Forecasting and target setting
  • Meeting customers, architects, and consultants to assess their requirements
  • Developing and increasing customer base
  • Understanding product strategy & market trend for allotted territory
  • Identifying and maintaining rapport with key persons in major customer organizations
  • Keeping customer informed, updated, and equipped with product development and literature
  • Market survey, knowing competitors, generating and attending new inquiries
  • Preparing sales negotiation data sheet
  • Preparing and submitting model elevator proposal & attending negotiation meeting
  • Follow up on proposals and tenders
  • Negotiation and finalizing of orders
  • Processing of orders received
  • Achieving monthly and annual Sales targets
  • Coordinating SIP (Sales-Installation) meetings
