Job Description
Bilingual Travel Consultant providing outstanding service to corporate business clients. Advising and arranging travel, anticipating needs, and ensuring compliance with travel policies.
Responsibilities:
- Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers
- Conduct analysis and research on travel options
- Pro-actively anticipate traveler needs
- Arrange and book domestic and international business travel
- Ensure compliance to customers’ agreed travel policy
- Use positive telephone service techniques
- Collaborate within your team to coach and mentor
Requirements:
- Bilingual English - French
- Professional communication (written and verbal)
- Passion for excellence in client service
- Native GDS expertise - Sabre
- Attention to detail
- Act with integrity
- Strong understanding of the travel industry
- Resolving customer issues quickly and independently
- Teamwork and openness to feedback
